is diltiazem hydrochloride 2% gel safe during early pregnancy,to be applied for anal fissures?it was suggested by a general physician near my home. i have been using it for the past 1 month frequently due to the unbearable pain during pooping.i request the expert opinion as to if it is safe for the baby, does it have any side effects.

Hi dear u can start giving her dal water rice water and also u should set a time table for your baby as morning she gets up give her milk and later u can smash some fruit and give then u can give in the afternoon dal water or rice water and also boil some vegetables smash and give that water also evening time give her a biscuit and in between whenever she is hungry u can give her milk ...
