ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist7 years agoA. Hi yes once in a day is fine..After 1 year of age you can start giving everything which you cook for urself to the baby..Just avoid oily and spicy food and blend if required..Give healthy and balanced diet to your baby.
