is Cerlac is good for babies ? how many time can v give Cerlac ?

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy8 years agoA. homemade cerelac... clean the cereals like rice and dal etc.. You can use sprouted cereals too.... dry roast them on the pan .. till the aroma came... switch off the pan ... and shift it to the wide plates where it can be cool off easily.. after cooling down... grind it in a mixer... shift the powder to an airtight and clean container... you can keep it for a longtime upto 2 weeks... depending on the weather condition... you can keep it in a cupboard but I personally prefer to keep In the refrigerator.. whenever you want to feed the baby, take 2-3 spoons of the powder and mix it with the Luke warm water.... and after it cooled down , feed it to the baby...

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy8 years agoA. cerelac is a package food..so it completely depends on your choice to or not to give it to the baby... you can give him daily once if you want.. along with cerrelac, you should give him other food variety too... if you want you can go for home made cerrelac too
