Q.
Is Cerelac mandatory? As currently i breastfeed my baby and offer daal once a day and vegetables puree or fruit puree during dinner, alternating with breastfeed.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No cerelac is not mandatory so if youare giving home cooked foods thats a good thing and give mashed foods and introduce one food, at a time and keep feeding your baby
