my baby is 4 months old and can I give vegetables and fruit puree?? raagi almond puree??

your baby is 4 month old oy,at this age only breast milk is complete food for ur child.
do conti exclusive breast feeding till 6 mth of age

Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Consult your doctor for further advice. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
