Q.
Is breast milk is good for nasal congestion ? if yes then how to use breast milk and in how much quantity? this is for my 10+ month baby. she is suffering from cold and cough with running nose.

ExpertAlapati HariPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hi, what is the question do you want to use breast milk as treatment of nose block. Do not do anything like putting milk in the nose. Continue to breast feed your baby and give home cooked food.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl7 years agoA. whenever you baby suffering with nasal congestion always use saline drops and nasal aspirator to clean it up apart from this you should also try to give steam to the baby which is very essential
