ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Diaper rash is common skin condition in babies. The main cause of diaper rash is when skin comes in contact with pee, poop, and sweating. Try to keep the skin dry and clean . Change the diaper after every four to five hours or when soiled by potty immediately. Give diaper free time till the rashes heal. Use a diaper ointment that contains zinc oxide or petroleum jelly i. e Vaseline with diaper change.
