is applying homemade kajal in eyes safe for 2 month old baby?

A. Hi sir No Kajal is good for your child whether it is home-made already made you cannot apply kajal to your child’s eyes till the age of one year and maybe after that till the age of five years that is what I am going to advise you it is going to block the tear duct of the child and that is not good
