Is anti rabies vaccination safe for kids? I read somany posts regarding vaccination on internet about the side effects which are very serious. Is it really harmful?

Yes it is safe...
Google always gives scarey results.. Try not to search too much on that..
In case of anyone doubts it is always better to consult with your doctor for the same.
Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination.
