Hello mam yes you can use it for your back pain you can even use Move or other things which are safe to be applied onto The back for easing now in your back pain. Also I would advise you if the pain is much and you don’t get relief from any of these pain balms then please consult your Gynaecologist once as she may suggest to a medication so that you may feel better with your back pain as she’s going to suggest you a medication which will be the safest to be consumed during pregnancy so if your pain is not relieved by any kind of palm then even you can keep a hotpack and also you can consult your Gynaecologist for the same.
