is adenoids danger and treated immediately? will it reform the face of kid? like the upper lip and cheeks? my daughter is 3 years 11 m old madam

A. An adenoidectomy is mostly for children between 1 and 7 years old. Children's adenoids naturally begin shrinking around age 7 and are almost completely gone by the teens.
