please consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised
give only breastmilk till completion of six months.. .

It’s Actually on the higher side of the normal level normal level is somewhere on 5.5 or something so 12.5 is definitely on the higher side so I think your child would be kept in phototherapy for the timing at least for a day till the time the range does not come down to a normal one
