in winters and specialy in hilly areas diaper is must for babies....and my 5 month old baby boy wear diaper in night day....afternoon he will be free by wearing lowers...some people say that by wearing diaper all the day will affect babies legs ...his legs will not be straighten...his legs will get broader by wearing diaper...what should I do

there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the most important thing is that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash 
and do not worry it will not cause any type of bending of the legs

yes if it is not perfect in size ,it can affect.
and using diapers for whole day can cause Infection sometimes.
so better to avoid using it for whole day.
prefer best brand diaper like Babyhug diapers for your child.
always apply coconut oil at bottom part of your child body before you put a child in diaper.
it will help to prevent rashes.
