Make sure you plan activites for kids like few hours of. study, few hours of indoor games like ludo. clay few hours of creative activities like painting .
Also try to play indoors like dog & the bone, dancing , practice yoga .
all these activities can keep child engaged.
Prefer giving home cooked foods with lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts & protein rich foods to kids recipes.

Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom
Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required
On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
