in my baby face redness and pink pimple like spot is coming what lotion to apply?

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by applying coconut oil and your breastmilk dear. Please follow the same. Don't use any soap on face. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
