im having lactation issues for improving dt what to do plz siggest even after taking lactare tab #AskTheExpert

A. the more you feed your baby the more milk secretion is there if the baby is not latching properly then that make create a problem of reduced breast milk supply even after taking proper medications so please see to it

A. Hello dear parent, to improve lactation you should drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. As that would help you to produce more more. Also take lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Good luck and take care
