im having 6 month old baby.. nowdays i cant produce enough milk to her..how to increase milk level?

You can take some lactation supplements like Shatavari powder that usually helpful for women along with that you should increase the amount of water and lentils in take in protein should definitely be there in a good quantity vegetarian and non-vegetarian both will do
