Q.
Im done with c sec delivery 45days are completed I havd sever backpain and near stitches.I sat on the floor after 21 days does it may be the reason behind the pain.

You should not sit on the floor it affects your stitches and bag you should not sit on the floor for at least initial 60 to 90 days of your delivery and if you’re having more of pain apply move and do hot compress or keep a hot water bottle or heat pad that is going to help and please consult your doctor
