hi, my c- section delivery was done on 21 July so after how many days of C- section I can sit cross leg ?? and I can bend towards floor ... ???

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. two weeks ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

are you feeling comfortable on doing that.. bending and Cross legs will recommend not to do or try for some time..
as comfortable you can then gradually and slowly try to do..
