im breastfeeding mother..can i use sunscreen .bcoz there is lot theories that it harmful for babies..what kind of skincare should i follow?

Of course you can use sunscreen lotion there is no problem with that but I would advise you to go for something which is more organic go for a brand like Mama to Cetaphil which is hundred percent safe for the skin of anybody but it is a child or an adult
