Q.

Im a mother of 2 yrs old daughter my menstrual cycle is usually 3 to 4 days late last month I got periods on 16th oct today I got bleeding which is like spotting is it a periods or not

A. this c a n b e. get a u l t r a s o u n d and proper gyne check up h o r m o n e blood tests

A. don't worry it is normal.seasonal changes can cause hormonal imbalance to adapt body
