Im a mom of 2.5year old baby. and aged of 30 years My feet heel paining too much when I get up in the morning since a month. My weight is 60 and height 5.3. Please solve my problem. I could not walk for 5min wwn I wake up. Horrible heel pain.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. chances are very high that you might be suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency and some amount of iron and folic acid deficiency along with vitamin d as well as calcium deficiency so kindly meet your doctor and also go for physiotherapy
