Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyBest will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Back pain is normal during pregnancy. Apply volini on the back to get relief. U can also give do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from pain. Take care and all the best.
