Im 9 month pregnant from yesterday i have cold. Cough mild fever back pain leg pain which medicine shld i prefer

A. Hi mom U can take dolo 650 for pain and fever. This will help to give relief.. This medicine is safe to take during breastfeeding and pregnancy . Take warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times a day to get relief from cough and cold
