Pneumoccocal vaccine should be given at 6,10, 14 wks and booster at 15 months of age
Pneumoccocal vaccine is a optional vaccine but always better to give.
It give protection against
Repeated tonsills infection, repeat sinus infection, throat infection, pneumonia, ear infection etc
Can go with any brand all are equally good and effective.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum there is no doubt that this is not mandatory vaccination but as it help to protect the baby from the pneumonia so it is very important to give it so if you have missed it you can ask your doctor and get it done whenever it is possible
