Q.

If I give my son a hard meal he will not try to chew it.He doesn't even try to chew and leave the meal Eat only if given full soft and mashed food Example Dosa Idli Chapati does not eat any of this. If for a moment the upama is made hard, he won't eat

A. Hi A lot of times get do not have chewing teeth by this age they do not accept the food in the hard phone but as soon as it it will start coming you can go ahead with the consistency but as of now if it is working with soft food you continue with that

Q. My daughter is 19 month old. She has enough number of teeth. She can chew if I give her any toast, biscuit , chips, chikki etc. but when I while meal time she does not chew her food she directly swallows food whether it’s khichdi , chapati etc. there is no distraction during meal time. I tell her story or read books during meal time. She eat well but directly swallow not chewing. Many times I tried to teach her how to chew the food but she does not do the same
