Digene is the most comfortable think that you can take all ways the doctors it is completely safe to be taken at the time of pregnancy and also at the time of lactation so if you are feeling too much of it you can take it also before going to sleep you can take a half a glass of chilled milk directly from the refrigerator that is also going to be very helpful for you
