Iam delivered on 26 November 2022 at 11:34pm for a baby girl. from then I got periods just only for first 11days very lightly and then stopped the periods. but today Sunday 30 April 2023 I got my first period. it is also a heavy bleeding. how to overcome it. for every 20 mins iam changing my pad.

A. Heavy bleeding is never to be considered as normal and you should not take self medication you should 1st get proper examination done by your doctor and then take the medications

A. ohhh, on the same day I had my baby girl at 9:15 but it's totally fine because often breastfeeding causes this

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
