iam a breastfeeding mother of almost 1 month old boy ...in my diet morning I eat oats soup mid morning shatavari powder with hot water and in lunch 2 jowar roti with any vegetables and evening bread with galact granules milk and in dinner daily is it ok for breastfeeding mother or it can reduce milk supply

A. Practically You Are eating nothing as as a lactating mother should eat you should have more of protein-based diet good amount of food and good amount of for healthy fat you should be consuming because that is how your body is going to get energy more of milk you should consume good amount of liquid also you haven’t mentioned that what are you eating for dinner every day you know it is very important for a feeding mother to eat really well this will you lose on to your health as well as you will lose on to your breast feeding also
