Iam mother of 8 months old and iam breastfeeding can I have tea or coffee once in a day. Can I have it morning or evening?

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 3 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Avoid taking coffee. Yes u can have tea once u or twice in a day. There is no problem in that. U can continue to breast feed ur baby till two years as long as u and ur baby are comfortable. Take care
