Q.

I wanted to stop breastfeeding and tried everything but failed so today I didn't feed him while sleeping and he cried continously for an hr, is it normal? I don't hv any option left pls suggest an easy way to stop feeing

A. Hi Mom He will learn soon to eat all Solid food No need to worry Maintain hygiene You can gently tap his back or do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Burp well after every feeding Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
