hello.
my boy is 1 year old and he puts everything in his mouth and bite them. I tried to divert him from that habit of putting everything in mouth but failed. could you please suggest how can I make him stop that.

Thumb sucking in infants is a very normal phenomenon and its called mouthing reflex and nothing to be worried about it just maintain proper hygiene and with time this thing will go .
In the toddlers thumb sucking habit is also seen many a times which could be phycological cause and feeling of insecurity or some stress . Just try to mahfke the child comfodrtable and divert in some activities also spend good time with the child . 
In extreme case withdrawal can be tried with some solution available which are bitter like femite lotion . It needs to be applied locally .

hello kid being small normal with kids at this age and as they grow they will overcome this which should not be a problem and you can distract your child often and few days or months and the child will be able to overcome the habit and absolutely nothing to worry about
