I want to switch from tampons to Sirona menstrual cup. I don't know much about it. Is it safe? How to use it?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, they are absolutely safe. But you will have to take of your hygiene and cups should be clean enough. As this can cause infection as well.
It takes time to get used it and to feel comfortable with with it. Good luck and take care
