Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr old boy5 years agoA. can you do not take any type of medicine without medical consultation. if your child is having a problem it would be better to consult a doctor first before giving any medicine

Manali K MehtaMom of a 10 yr old boy5 years agoA. hi mam if you're child have constipation problem you can give warm Dal water moong water or tomato soup with small quantity of spices and ghee you can include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup Upma daliya etc please avoid product with refined flour and packged food please keep your child properly hydrated with more liquid diet and encourage for physical activity
