Q.

I took epidural at the time.of my normal delivery. but now my lower back pains like anything. please help me

A. yes epidural has much sideeffects. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective if still pain is more consult

Q. #asktheexpert Hello Ma'am, I am 30 weeks pregnant, nearing delivery. I am extremely scared of Catherization. It's giving me traumas. I am unable to sleep at night at the thought of it. Please let me know if I can avoid this in any process. As I am aware that the delivery process can be either Normal Delivery (with Epidural) or Normal Delivery (without Epidural). In which of these processes Catherization can be avoided? As my doctor said that if I have to go for Emergency C-section, in that case she can put the Catheter after the Epidural is given. So I am not really scared of that process. But the process of Catherization during the Normal delivery is haunting me. Kindly let me know.
