Q.

I stopped breastfeeding when My baby is 10 months old,from 11th month I am getting my period and it's regular but my flow is very less what is the reason? (c section mom)

A. Hello! It can be due to hormonal changes which is most common finding post delivery. You have to maintain a good personal hygiene routine and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
