Q.
I stated intermit tenting fasting but i also have hyper acidity. During fasting time im ok but when i take first meal i feel like vomit and i vomit What to do is fasting is not good for me

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 month agoA. hello fasting n having acidity problem u should then slowly go with this else can be more problem n may be better to check with ur doctor too
