Q.

I son is 1.7 year old and his weight is 9.8 ..is this weight normal? sometimes he refuse to eat food, what can I do for him

A. dear mum , it is on mild lower side give energy nutrient dense food include legumes dal bean, sprout , egg non veg , curd paneer , add powdered nuts n oilseed, ghee to food veg fruit for immunity 3 meal1 snack
