I m mother of 3.5 month old baby from c-section from few days I have pain in my knee pls guide

A. can you take all the supplement given by your doctor and specially take calcium vitamin b12 and vitamin d which is the most common cause of such type of pain and physiotherapy will also help in decreasing the pain
