Q.

I m mother of 21 days old... my milk supply was adequate... I used to fed my baby in every 2 hours... among with that i used to pump 50-60 ml twice a day... and adequate forcefull letdown but from last 3-4 days my milk supply dropped.. their is no tightness in my breast and my breast become empty within 8-9 mins. sometimes my baby fed from both breast but still not satisfied... what to do?

A. Take Shatavari powder that is supposed to be one of the best lactation supplements even the doctors advice that quite frequently to do mothers over here so you can take it for three times in the day with water or milk whatever is suitable to increase your lactation
