I m mother of 1 month boy. He always red rashes like ghamoniya after bath. We are only using coconut oil and Himalaya baby soap for him. What could be the reason of it? How to cure it?

A. if such skin rashes are disappear after some time than it's ok. otherwise, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
