I'm in 38 week still no labour sign what can I do?

There Is no need to do anything it is basically 39 weeks of pregnancy 38 weeks of pregnancy and one-week loss doctors normally count so you’ll have your liver probably in the coming weeks still if you don’t have it sometimes the delivery can get delayed by a week or so depending upon the situation of your pregnancy your child’s position and all other things
