Q.

I m having Siphene 50mg during my period and doc told me to do pregnancy test on 35th day if u missed ur period, now I missed my period but on 35th day test showing negative ,how long I should wait to confirm

A. then do blood beta hcg. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
