If your menustral cycle is regular 28-32 days then you can test with UPT kit (home pregnancy kit) after 5-7 days of skipped date (missed period). Test with early morning urine sample it gives reliable results. If you have irregular periods late periods (33+ days) then wait for 7+ days and test. Consult Gynaecologist.
