I'm having heavy flow after pregnancy. the sanitary napkin brand that im using currently is not that good and I'm uncomfortable using it. pls suggest some good ones

A. use two pads. Stsyfrree. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
