looking sanitary for heavy flow, having stain issue and rashes probelm.

A. you can use any good range like whisper ultra. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and uterine tonics like evecare or meryton syrup. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required

Hello You can go ahead with a whisper or Sofy they both are very good so the thing is that you just go ahead with triple XL plus pads because they have a good capacity of soaking and still if the bleeding is very heavy that’s normally not normal so in this case you should take an advice from your gynaecologist as well
