Q.
I m currently in 3rd month of pregnancy, but had vomitings severely and taking saline day by day ..unable to bear any smell, full of vomiting sensation all the day, also didn't went motion from.so.many days like 10 days.. any suggestions please.. used doxinate tablet, emeset tablets even no use.. feeling tired and lying down all day

Could be due to indigestion also that you are having such a major vomiting also sometimes like you are mentioning that you are unable to bear any smell after the age of 3 to 4 months so maybe things are going to be better but the medication can only be suggested by the doctor said you’ll have to follow what they say and try to consume as much good amount of liquid as you can
