#AskTheExpert hi, I'm 11 weeks pregnant, unable to take much diet due to nause and vomitings, sometimes in evening I'm getting leg cramps severely, is that okay ? currently I'm taking folic acid, carnitor plus for 5 days and also aquabliss is this nutrition sufficient ?

A. hi dear In one study, researchers found that 95 percent of women experienced nausea, vomiting, and/or heartburn during their pregnancy. They're two of the most common pregnancy symptoms, but they're also generally harmless to both mother and baby.
