i m breastfeeding mother of 7 month baby and i also started solid like (boiled sweet potato, potato) can i take apple cider vinegar with amla juice ?

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mum you can take apple cider vinegar for yourself but why do you want to take apple cider vinegar is it for weight loss at think u no need to do the this thing you have to follow a smaller meals instead of free bigger wheels that will help you to reduce the weight as you are also a breastfeeding mum under you have a small baby that will eat your extra fat or anything you feel you are overweight
