I m about 4 month pregnant. have n issue of constipation.please help

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 months agoA. Make sure that you take at least 3 L of water per day and increase the fiber content in the food. You can take a laxative, but it has to be taken in a proper way so better discuss with your doctor.
